HOW TO SCHEDULE ONLINE:
1) Read the "things to know before booking online" section of this page (scroll down)
2) Select your appt type
3) Select your therapist OR leave on all therapists to see availability with everyone
4) Select your date range and hit search
5) Complete the booking process

It is important that everyone is familiar with our COVID19 safety guidelines before entering our studio.

$70 sixty-minute Swedish, deep tissue, or prenatal massage for first time clients! (regular price $100) When scheduling your appointment simply select the desired 60-minute Swedish, deep tissue, or prenatal option.
PLEASE NOTE: this introductory session may not be combined with ANY other offers or discounts. All new clients must submit their new client paperwork forms online before their appointment.

The appointment MUST be made under the name of the person receiving the service. When creating the Mindbody account, USE THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WILL BE RECEIVING THE SERVICE.

You MUST provide your gift card number after you schedule your appointment so we can mark your session as prepaid with a gift card. Once you have scheduled your appointment, you can provide your gift card information by giving us a call at (571.419.8543) or by sending us emailing us at ([email protected])

You will be required to provide a credit card at the time you schedule your appointment. This credit card will NOT be charged unless you do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel OR reschedule your appointment. Please visit the FAQ section of our website to see all late cancellation fees

If you do not see any available appointment dates and times that work for you, please send us an email at [email protected] with your desired date and time preferences. We will add you to the waitlist and you will be notified in the event of a cancellation.

Once you have selected a service, therapist, date, and time via the calendar below, you will need to create or log into your Mindbody account in order to submit your desired appointment date.
2) Look out for your appt notifications

Once you submit your desired appointment date, you will receive an email and/or text with your appointment details. If you do not receive ANY emails or texts from us after you submit your desired appt date, your submission may not have been successful. Please call or email us as soon as possible to determine if your appointment was successfully scheduled.
PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes unforeseen or duplicate scheduling conflicts can occur. If a scheduling conflict does happen, we will contact you right away to find an alternate date or time.

New Clients
If you are a new client, you MUST submit the two required new client paperwork forms online before your appointment. The links to complete these forms, will be in the appointment booking email you receive upon scheduling
Returning Clients
If you haven't already, you MUST submit the required updated covid19 vaccination disclosure and safety guideline form. This updated form only needs to be submitted one time.
