Your therapist will also incorporate the use of a sugar scrub to exfoliate and hydrate the skin.This service is ideal for those who are on their feet all day or for anyone in need of a quick escape. This session will leave your feet feeling hydrated, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed.

Our 30-Minute Stretch Service is designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall mobility. This targeted session is ideal for anyone looking to recover after a workout, prepare for a race, ease muscle stiffness, or simply give your body the stretch it craves. Your therapist will guide you through a series of gentle, yet effective assisted stretching techniques tailored to your needs.  PLEASE NOTE: this is a fully clothed service. Please wear athletic clothing that you can comfortably be stretched in.
