Yoga Classes Are Now Available!

In celebration of our new yoga classes, use the promocode YESYOGA  at checkout for 15% off your first class in January. Please read our yoga FAQs below before signing up! 

We encourage all levels of experience to join our yoga classes! Our classes are about embracing your personal journey, goals, and growth. Our classes are relatively small in size, allowing for 10 students or less per class. You can sign up for your classes online below or through our app!

Yoga Class FAQs

  • We are located at 6218 B Old Franconia Rd. Our yoga studio is on the 3rd Floor. Please note: we do NOT have an elevator.

  • To sign up for a yoga class, select the view schedule button in the above calendar. Then, select sign up on the date of the class that works best for you. You will be required to create or login to your Mindbody account to sign up for your class. OR if you have our app, you can sign up for our classes using our app. 

  • To make your arrival to your classes as smooth and hassle free as possible, payment for all classes is required at the time you sign up for your class online. Please note: all payments are final. If you need to change your class date, please see the cancel class question below.

  • To apply the promocode, you will enter and then add code in the promocode box at checkout before you submit your payment. 

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a class. To cancel or reschedule your class, you can call, email, or cancel/reschedule from the app. Please note: prepaid classes are not refunded as all sales are final. If you cancel a class, your prepaid class will be available for use before its expiration date if you provided at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.  If you no show for your class, your prepaid class session will be redeemed or forfeited. 

  • Class packages are coming soon!

    • Yoga Mat -- Please note: if you do not have a yoga mat, you can rent a yoga mat for $5 (cash only rentals). 

    • Water Bottle -- It is super important to hydrate before, during, and after class. 

    • An open mind -- Our yoga classes are all about your personal growth and development physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Whatever your personal goals are with yoga, we are here to support and encourage you.

Classes

Yoga + Sound Meditation
(75 minutes $45)

Instructor: Erika

Available Fridays at 6pm 

The Gentle Yoga & Sound Meditation experience is a variation of a Gentle Yoga class with the added benefit of a 15 minute meditation accompanied with sound healing. The intention of this class is to help you practice grounded mindfulness and raise your vibrational frequency. This class is ideal for those who have an interest in improving their mindset and manifestations through the combined practices of yoga and meditation. This class is a great beginner class. It is also excellent for those with experience who wish to reconnect to the foundations of their practice.

Slow Flow Yoga
(60 minutes $30)

The Slow Flow yoga class is a gentle and mindful practice designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and mental clarity. This class provides a calming atmosphere with a focus on breathwork, alignment, and intentional flow, leaving you feeling refreshed and grounded. The Slow Flow Yoga Class moves at an intentional and deliberate pace to help you gain alignment with each pose. Through a sequence of slow, controlled transitions, you are encouraged to connect with your body. This class is perfect for beginners or those seeking a more restorative practice as ample time is offered to hold each posture to deepen stretches and learn your body’s limits and abilities without rushing.

Restorative Yin Yoga
(60 minutes $30)

Available Sundays at 6pm

Yin Yoga is a calming and restorative class that targets the connective tissues, tendons, and fascia to enhance flexibility and improve joint mobility. The long held positions of each pose allow the muscles and tendons to release tension. Yin Yoga teaches you to slow down and appreciate the present moment as you experience the sensations of each pose. This class can accommodate all levels ranging from beginner to advanced. All levels of experience are welcome.

Hatha Yoga
(60 minutes $30)

Hatha yoga is a rejuvenating class that focuses on balancing the mind and body through breathwork and a range of seated and standing postures. The flow of the series of poses are designed to help you improve flexibility, balance, and strength. This class can accommodate all levels ranging from beginner to advanced. All levels of experience are welcome!
